THE ROLE

We are seeking a Head of Training Operations, to join our growing team, and to take the lead in scaling our services and optimising our internal processes. This is a new role, responding to the success of our short course and Skills Bootcamp delivery over the last 12 months. The Head of Training Operations will be a member of the Academy of Live Technology’s Senior Leadership Team, and will work closely with the Head of Institute and other Directors on both our short course and wider education services.

Applicants should hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent professional experience, and have an interest in how skills education can work to meet the evolving requirements of employers and the labour market. They will have a passion for problem-solving and optimisation and a commitment to developing an organisation and operation that delivers consistently high learner experiences and outcomes. Experience in working with / contracting with combined authorities and the DfE is essential. Experience of delivering Skills Bootcamps would be highly advantageous. Please see the job Description on the next pages for further details.
