THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Careers Coach to join our team at the Academy of Live Technology.

The Student Coach will be responsible for delivering career support in the CA funded programs to our students on their milestone 2 and 3 journeys. They will provide support across all areas of a student journey which may include, job search strategies, CV & Portfolio creation, building networks, interview preparation and running mock interviews along with other activities to help guide our students into positive outcomes.

Overall, the Student Careers Coach will play a crucial role in empowering students to make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures, equipping them with the skills, resources, and confidence needed to succeed in the competitive job market.

The post holder will work closely with the wider Student Experience and Outreach team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, meet KPI’s and advocate a first-class student experience across the applicant cycle. In addition, they will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships, therefore they must also possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the institution.
