THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Recruitment Officer to join our team at the Academy of Live Technology.

The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for delivering specific recruitment expansion plans for UK recruitment markets and supporting school-specific recruitment objectives that are aligned to and support the implementation of the Academy’s Strategic Plan.

The post holder will work closely with the wider Student Experience and Outreach team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of future prospects, meet KPIs & recruitment targets and advocate a first-class student experience across the applicant cycle. In addition, they will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships, therefore they must also possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the institution.
